Improve Training System
Treino de grupo até 12 pessoas, orientado por Personal Trainer. Cada dia da semana tem grupos musculares definidos, garantindo que ao longo da semana o corpo é trabalhado de forma completa. O tipo de estímulo alterna semanalmente entre desenvolvimento muscular, resistência e trabalho cardiovascular, assegurando progressão e variedade ao longo do tempo.
Pilates
Pilates de Solo — aulas de grupo no tapete, com um máximo de 12 pessoas, baseadas no método Pilates clássico. Focadas no controlo do movimento, postura, mobilidade e fortalecimento da zona central do corpo. Adequadas a todos os perfis e condições físicas.
